What are the delivery times for my order?

The delivery time for your order depends on which products you ordered.

Small items such as pillows and blankets we have in stock in our warehouse. This also applies to products with which we work closely together with Annabel Textiles; fabrics, tools and other upholstery material. Count on 3 to 5 working days until you have your package in hand.

For large pieces of furniture the story is a bit different. To protect the environment and avoid overproduction, we only produce your purchase when you place it. We immediately set to work to get your order to your front door as soon as possible. Our products are not produced on a conveyor belt, but individually. This way we can ensure the highest quality. That is why you should count on 6 to 8 weeks delivery time.

What upholstery options do I have?

Mublo develops products in a number of set colours. These colours can be found on the website or can be tested at the showroom in Ghent.

Would you like to receive your furniture in a different upholstery? That is possible!

In cooperation with Annabel Textiles we can personalise your furniture the way you like it. Make an appointment in the showroom at service@mublo.com or via the contact form. Our team will be happy to advise you, see what the possibilities are for your specific wish and support you in the project if possible. When we develop custom-made products, the delivery period will be extended by 4 to 6 weeks.

I have a large project. What can Mublo do for me?

With Mublo, we offer our products to both small and large projects.

Do you have a large project? Then be sure to send us an e-mail at service@mublo.com or via the contact form. Together, we will look at how we can best support your project. In addition, you can count on extensive after-sales service. For large projects, Mublo can deliver your order, assemble it, place it and take back all packaging. This way, your project is completed in an attractive way.
