Within our product range, we distinguish between two types of shipping.

SHIPMENTS BY POST OR COURIER

All accessories and small furniture are shipped with a regular courier service, and delivered to your home. We deliver free of charge for orders above €100 in the Benelux, and above €250 in Europe.

FURNITURE TRANSPORT

For large furniture we are happy to book your transport. We will make clear arrangements, so that our carrier can deliver and deliver your furniture without problems. Deliveries to the front door are complimentary. If you have other delivery requirements, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Unfortunately, old furniture cannot be returned. A local second hand store or container park can often give this furniture a second life or recycle it for free.

RETURNS

We also like to make clear agreements about the possibility of returning items:

We will gladly take back all accessories within 14 days after delivery. We will refund you the full amount on the same payment method used for the purchase. The returned goods must be unused, unwashed and returned with all labels and packaging materials intact. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

Our furniture is made to measure in your desired colour and fabric and we cannot accept returns. Also the fabrics of Annabel Textiles are cut off the roll for you and cannot be returned. We encourage you to make use of the sample service to ensure you make the right choice. In addition, you are of course very welcome in our showroom and we will gladly help you further via service@mublo.com or via our contact form.
