The Outlines Edition is a study in form. Where upholstery becomes sculptural and silhouettes demand a fabric that moves with them, Cinder and Tensar offer a considered response: two fabrics, fully coordinated in colour, united by a shared commitment to material integrity.
Both are made from 100% recycled polyester with inherent flame retardancy built directly into the fibre. Not a surface treatment, not an afterthought — a permanent property that holds through cleaning, wear, and time. For contract and hospitality environments where performance is non-negotiable, this combination sets a quiet but meaningful benchmark.
The colour palette runs through both fabrics simultaneously, each tone carrying a melange effect that adds depth and variation to the surface. Colours that shift subtly with the light, feel considered rather than flat, and coordinate effortlessly between the two fabrics within a single interior.
Cinder is a plain upholstery fabric whose strength lies in its restraint. Clean in structure, rich in surface, the melange effect in the yarn gives it a tactile depth that a solid colour simply cannot replicate. Cinder is also available for digital printing, opening the door to bespoke pattern and customisation while retaining all the performance properties of the base fabric.
Tensar introduces a different kind of intelligence: bi-directional elasticity that allows the fabric to follow complex curves, organic silhouettes, and bold sculptural forms without distortion or stress. Where conventional upholstery fabrics resist or crease under tension, Tensar adapts — making it the fabric of choice for designers working with fluid, contemporary furniture forms that push the boundaries of what upholstery can do.
